    Description

    Vintage Collins & Co. Legitimus Machete measuring 23.5" overall with a blade length of 18".  Gray/silver age patina, Tight handle with no cracks, one side not showing a rivet head, but tight. Shows age overall age patina, wear, use, scratches, and some scabbard damage as mentioned below. The blade edge shows some nicks/dings, Ricasso stamped, "LEGITIMUS COLLINS&CO. U.S."  Comes with hard green scabbard marked, "US 1963 VICTORY", Left side of scabbard nearer to top has slices cut into it. Another by the right side 6" from the point.  See photos for further details, clarification, and condition.
